How it works - A guide to ordering online
We have tried to make our ordering process as simple and straightforward as we could while still offering ample personalisation options. We have compiled this quick guide to help with the ordering process.
1. Select the card type and design you want
The first thing we recommend you do is browse through our designs and pick which card you would like, we have a number of different card types available including the traditional style folding memorial cards, wallet cards and bookmarks. We also have a matching range of thank you acknowledgement cards too. Each card type is shaped and sized differently so as to be suited for the particular use.
2. Choose your verses
The next thing we recommend is to choose which verses you would like on the card. A list of our standard verses short and long can be found in the main menu, there is also a link to each list on every product page. The space on each type of card varies for verses, for example our memorial cards have 2 long verses and one small verse while our bookmarks only have one small verse and one long verse.
3. Fill in the information on the order form
After you have picked the card type, card design and verses you cna now fill in the information on the product page. Once on the product page of your choosen card yoy will be predented with an order form, simply select the quantity you would like and add any information you would olike on the card including name , dates and verses. If you would like to make design changes you can also do so by telling us in the additional information box.
4. Proceed to checkout
Once you have filled out the information form you can then click add to cart and proceed to checkout. We require that you provide a postal & address, email and phone number so we can contact you with the design proof. We also offer a number of payment methods including credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and the option of posting us a check or bank/postal draft. Once you confirm and checkout we will then receive the order through and begin to work on the proof.
5. Approve your proof
Once we have received an order through our website our graphic designer will then start work on the proof, usually we have the proof sent out to you via email the same day as order once placed before 6pm (excluding sundays), if it is not the same day it is first thing the following morning.
Once you receive the proof you can let us know it is ok to go ahead with printing or let us know what you would like changed or added in. We do not charge for alterations or customisations to the design ever so if there is something you would like change rest assured there is no hidden fees.

Yes of course! We always email a proof of the card design before we print anything. You always have the final say.
We generally send the proof on the same day as we receive the orders monday – saturday, if an order is placed after 6pm it is usually first thing the next morning. Orders placed on sundays will receive the proofs on monday morning.
Absolutely, we can change any part of the card for you and we are more than happy to do a couple of design variations for you if you are unsure what you would like. Once you approve the cards for print you cannot change anything if they have been printed, if this is the case please contact us asap and we will do all we can to help.
Absolutely, we can customise and change the card to how you want it.
No, there is no extra charge for additional photos or customisations.
No, all card designs we do are free of charge. This includes alterations to existing card designs on our website and totally bespoke cards too.
Once proof approved cards are usually posted within 5-7 days. All of our postal services are fully tracked and you will be provided with a tracking code once posted.
All of our cards come with white made to measure envelopes. We don’t use cheap envelopes or cheap suppliers either!
Absolutely not, the price you see on our website is all we will ever charge you. We are always more than upfront with our customers as regards pricing and 100% stand behind the quality of our work.
