Nearly all of our orders are printed & posted within 2-3 days!
But what does this mean?
Our turnaround time is the time it takes for orders to be printed and posted after you approve your design for print. The quicker you approve your design the quicker we can get to work on printing & posting your cards. At present 95% of our orders are posted within 2-3 days of you approving your design, with some orders being posted as soon as next day depending on our workload!
The only exception to this would be either larger orders or shortage of stock. If we anticipate a delay with any order we always let you know in advance and can always figure out a solution in the case orders are needed asap.

Delivery within Ireland 🇮🇪
Next day with DPD
All orders within Ireland (the south) are shipped with DPD. This is a fully tracked service, on the day of delivery DPD will text & email you an approximate delivery time. At present about 95% of orders posted with DPD will be delivered next day.
Postage Cost: Free of charge for orders over €75
Just €8.50 for orders below €75
Delivery to United Kingdom 🇬🇧
2-3 Day with DPD
All orders within Ireland posted to mainland United Kingdom are posted through DPD. The standard delivery time on these orders is between 2-3 days for most orders. All orders are sent out on a fully tracked service and will require a signature when delivered.
UK orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), this means any duty or vat will have to be paid when the parcel reaches the UK.
We REMOVE Irish Vat from all UK Orders.

Delivery to Northern Ireland
Next Day with DPD
All orders to Northern Ireland are shipped with DPD. This is a fully tracked service, on the day of delivery DPD will text & email you an approximate delivery time. At present about 95% of orders posted with DPD to Northern Ireland will be delivered next day.

Just €8.50 for orders below €75
Delivery to America 🇺🇸
Various service options available
For orders being posted to the USA there is a number of service options starting from 2 day with FedEx to 5-14 day with An Post which is handled locally by USPS. The postage for orders to the USA vary in cost which is determined by the parcel weight. If you would like us to send you pricing for delivery to the USA please contact us.

What if there is an issue with my order?
Our cards are manufactured to the strictest of quality tolerances and we strive to consistently deliver excellent quality products. We also manufacture all of our own products from our own premises and each and every card is quality checked before leaving.
In the unlikely event that the quality of our cards is unsatisfactory, we quality guarantee all orders. If there is an issue regarding quality please contact us as a soon as possible and we would be more than happy to find a satisfactory solution for you.
We would much rather lose money on your order than leave you unhappy with either our service or product.
We will always work in your favour!
Memorial cards are products made to order and cannot be re-sold so therefore cannot be returned for a refund. We always require approval before we print and we never proceed with print without such approval. Thus, we regret to inform that we cannot process any claims arising from reasons other than a quality fault.
