Card payments or paypal payments can be made online when ordering. We can also take card payments over the phone. We can also take a check or bank transfer as payment.

Unfortunately at the minute we operate solely online so orders can only be posted. 

We aim to send you an email proof the same day of order, if not it will be the first thing the following morning.

Yes, we are happy to make any changes you wish to make to text or information. Any changes you with to make is free of charge.

Absolutely, we can design your cards or bookmarks with your own photo, text and layout. A charge of €24.00 is applicable for custom designs. For custom designs we require high quality images (300dpi if possible).

The sizing for memorial cards are as follows:

• Memorial Cards: 105 x 70mm when closed, 140 x 105mm when open.
• Memorial Bookmarks: 190 x 58mm
• Memorial wallet cards: 85 x 55mm (roughly the size of a business card)
• Acknowledgement cards: 105 x 148 mm (size A6, roughly quarter of an A4 sheet)

Yes, you can cancel your order once it has not been printed. If you wish to cancel your order please advise us as soon as possible. If your order has been partially or fully printed the order will be charged at full price.

Yes, if you wish to order more cards on top of your original order just email us and we can offer a discounted price of extra cards.

We keep copies of all designs on our system for 2 years following the date of the original order, just email us or give us a call to arrange.

No, although most other memorial printers do print their company name on their cards, we do not. This is because we believe that a memorial card is a tribute to somebody’s life so commercialising it would be wrong. We would rather get a reccomendation on the merit of our work and service rather than a logo on a memorial card. 

Yes we can crop and fix the photos you supply. Please provide as high a quality photo as possible (300 dpi resolution or above for the best print results). If they are below 300dpi we can higher the resolution for you at no extra cost.

Yes, if you wish to have some extra photos added we would be happy to do so free of charge.

Our orders are usually dispached within 3-5 business days of order. 99% of our orders are delivered the following day of dispatch, all of our orders are posted via An Post Express.

Photos can be uploaded via our website during the ordering process, however you can also email us at [email protected] or send by post to: Memorial Printworks – 31 Pinewood Green Avenue, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. K32 DT93. If you are sending by post we advise that you send copies and not original photo’s as we do not accept responsibility for damage or lost while in the postal system.

All photos sent to us are returned with your order.

We currently ship to Ireland, the UK & the US. Shipping to both Ireland and the UK are free of charge for orders over €99. Postage within Ireland is with An Post Express. Postage to the UK is through An Post Standard. Postage to the US is charged at a standard rate of €40 and is provided through either An Post International or a designated courier.
